Our Leadership
Diego Aliaga, MPA, is the Founder of the firm, brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of education, workforce development, and strategic program leadership.Throughout his career, Diego has partnered with K–12 districts, higher education institutions, federally funded initiatives, and community-based organizations to design and implement high-impact advising and career readiness programs. His work has supported first-generation students, adult learners, and underserved communities in navigating postsecondary access, professional development, and long-term career mobility.
As a former Educational Counselor for a U.S. Department of Education TRIO program, Dual Enrollment Coordinator, Career Coach, and Assessment Analyst, Diego has led large-scale student success initiatives, managed complex stakeholder partnerships, and ensured compliance with federal performance standards.
He is recognized for translating policy and opportunity into clear, actionable pathways that produce measurable outcomes.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Diego is deeply committed to culturally responsive engagement and building systems that are both strategic and human-centered. His leadership philosophy is grounded in equity, accountability, and the belief that education should directly connect to purpose, advancement, and generational impact.
